Apple Cheddar Saugage Patties
Recipe Submitted by the Berry Springs Lodge B&B
2 pounds bulk sausage
8 ounce shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
2 medium size granny smith apples, diced small, skin left on
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into single serve patties and fry in non stick fry pan until no longer pink inside.
2nd option- form into small balls and place on cookie sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes at 300 degrees.
Both ways are great!
